Grief Coaching
What is Grief Coaching Grief Coach
Grief Coaching is dedicated to helping individuals overcome grief and loss and cope with the emotional, physical and spiritual void that results after the death of a loved one, including a beloved pet. Grief Coaching also extends to various other forms of loss, such as breakups /separation/divorce, job loss, illness, financial difficulties, loss of independence when stepping into a caregiver role. Grief Coaching sessions give you the opportunity to share your thoughts and feelings about the loss and help you to explore ways to honor the relationship, which is a vital part of the healing process. As you share and engage in reflective exercises, you will learn that feeling sad for a period of time is normal and that is different for everyone and that there is nothing to fear about this change. This newfound understanding will empower you to move on in your journey and get even closer to your Divine Purpose. My job is to help you integrate these meaningful losses so the emotional pain does not become an obstacle to living your best life.
Who can benefit from a grief coach?
Bereavement is a challenge that we all face at several points in our life. The mourning process varies from one individual to another. More times than not it requires empathic support to get through it. Sadly, many of us receive less than adequate support when we experience a loss, although our friends and family try their best to be there for us. Unfortunately, this lack of support can add to our suffering. This is why enlisting a Grief Coach can be of tremendous value to anyone who needs a safe and supportive environment to move through the mourning process. Seeking this level of support is the epitome of self-care. We never have to go it alone when we work with a Grief Coach who has our healing and best interests at heart.
