Relationship Coaching
Dr. Carol Deas-Lopez Relationship Coach
What is Relationship Coaching ?
Relationship Coaching is another client-centered type of coaching that focuses on relational health. The relationship could involve a spouse, romantic partner, family, friends, neighbors, or co-workers, a boss, or business partner. As a Relationship Coach, I help you to identify the areas that need improvement and make suggestions that align with your goals. I will teach you communication strategies that can de-escalate problematic interactions and help you feel more comfortable with vulnerability so you can experience true intimacy and feel more connected to the people you care about the most. I also help you to stay accountable to your goals and provide encouragement and support as you strive to make changes.
